What We Do

Fire Sprinkler Systems

Fire protection sprinkler systems are a type of automatic extinguishing system (AES) that prevents fire growth and spread by releasing water through a series of sprinkler heads connected to a distribution piping and is activated by flow from burst predetermined temperature rated sprinkler heads.

There is no doubt that sprinklers save lives, but they also save money in the long run. Fire sprinkler systems control, or put out, 99% of fires in buildings where they are installed. Losses from fires in buildings with sprinklers are estimated to be only one tenth of those in unprotected buildings.

Fire Pump Sets

Fire pumpsets are essential to water-based extinguishing systems. Their job is to maintain system pressure and to ensure continued effective delivery of water during a fire system activation. They are utilised when a public water supply is not substantial enough for the protected hazard. They can be served by water from water tanks, dams or rivers. There are mainly two types of fire pumpsets – either diesel or electrical.

Fire Water Storage Tanks

Buildings and properties that have an inadequate water supply for fire flow may require a fire protection water tank. Water tanks for fire protection are used for a variety of applications including to supply fire sprinkler systems, a source of water for firefighting, to create a fire perimeter, at fire departments to fill up trucks and or provide supply to fire pumps for sprinklers and hydrants. etc.

Residential Fire Systems

A fire can engulf your home in minutes. A single sprinkler head may contain 90% of fires to the area of origin, preventing the fire spreading to other rooms. The presence of a residential sprinkler system does not diminish the need for the installation of smoke alarms, as research shows that smoke alarms provide an earlier warning of a fire in a home. Sprinkler systems add an additional level of protection.

According to recent research, residential fire sprinklers automatically detect a fire and act to control or extinguish it. They have demonstrated life safety benefits and can prevent fire from escalating, which may mean the difference between a minor incident and a major tragedy.

Residential Fire PUMPS

We offer a range of fire pump systems that are suitable for use in Homes, Nursing homes and multi-level dwellings under AS2118.4.

Gas Suppression Systems

Gas suppression systems are fixed fire suppression systems supplying an alternate extinguishing agent. Rather than the standard water sprinkler systems, these active fire systems use powder or gas to smother the fire.

Not only will a gas suppression system quickly extinguish a fire, reducing the amount of damage caused by the ignition itself, but also can minimise the amount of damage caused by smoke and soot that occurs as a by-product of the fire.

Where can they be beneficial-

– Computer, data, electrical and substation rooms.

– Flammable storage rooms.

– Maning Machinery and marine engine rooms.

– Medical imaging rooms, i.e. CT scanning.
